Suites 1,2,and 3 are $125 per night for two
persons with a full, gourmet breakfast.
Suite 2, extra person is $20 per night.
Suite 4 (2 persons) is $225, extra persons
$30 per night per person.
During the weeks of Christmas and New
Year's (Dec. 21-27, 2008 and Dec.27-Jan.
3,2009) the suites 1,2 & 3 rent for $175
for two persons, and the new suite 4 rents
for $300 a night for two persons.
The prices include taxes.
Balance must be paid upon arrival in US
dollars or pesos. Sorry, no credit cards.
50% deposit required, paid by check
mailed to an address in the states, or pay
on line with www.paypal.com
Directions from Cancun airport:
Take highway 307 to Tulum and turn right
towards Coba at the stop light after Super
San Francisco. Follow the Coba road 12
miles (20 km) to the first town, Macario
Gomez. Immediately after the first speed
bump turn right at the little white store
“Oasis” and go 50 meters to the end of the
road. Turn right again following the sign
into La Selva Mariposa.(Don't turn right on
the old road just before the property, or go
to the very end into our neighbors home).
Park under the carport and your hosts, Mari
and Louis and one of their friendly dogs,
will be waiting to welcome you.
The distance from Cancun to La Selva
Mariposa is about 80 miles (140 km) and
will take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
